Product changes are made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

For the change to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, not worn, used, modified or washed, and their tab removed. Returned products must be accompanied by the legal document of sale (receipt), which will be enclosed in the package.

Changes are made in the following cases:
1) That the product you received is defective.
2) If you receive products different from the ones you have placed in your order.
3) In case the number - size of a product does not suit you and you want to change with another product.
4) If you wish to replace products you have received, which are not defective, for personal reasons.

Returns are not accepted unless preceded by telephone. In cases 1 & 2 the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the online store.

In cases 3 & 4 the return costs are not covered by the company and are borne by the customer. You can choose the method of sending the returned product based on what suits you best.

Returned items are only replaced with items from the same collection.

Offer product changes are made only with corresponding offer products of equal or greater value. Changes of products that are sold in an offer package with a special price refer to a change of the entire package and only with an offer package of equal or greater value.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as swimwear, socks, tights, underwear.
